都市空間の有効利用と内部空間の豊かさを求め、二世帯住宅にもスキップフロアを採用しました。この動画は、そのコンセプトを表しています。
最初に、敷地に車が配置されます。その上に鉄骨の構造体が配置されます。さらに、その上にフロアスペースが配置され、家具が配置されます。この雛壇上のフロアは、スキップフロアタイプの空間の始まりです。
