You are overlooking the living room while walking the corridors on the third floor.

You ascend the stairs of the stage number and proceed to the bedroom. While moving the camera to penetrate the wall, the camera tour the children's room.

You look up at the top light up to the roof. And you will return to the second floor living room again.

00m00s_1.Upload the surrounding :First,the surrounding buildings more realistic than GoogleEarth are uploaded. Next, a saved view is uploaded. Changing the viewpoint using the saved view, the duplicate buildings are turned off. Photo site will be changed up to date.
03m00s_2.The structure :Upload the building plan. Three-dimensional models are all hidden, and building parts are displayed in order of Columns, Girders, Beams, Floor slabs, Windows, Exterior, Wall finish. Structure and construction of the entire building will be confirmed.
07m04s_3.Appearance :Let's look at the appearance. We go arround the building in the bird's eye view, down to the ground we see it from the front south. Next, we proceed from the east on the south road. And we go around the north road, again proceed from the west on the south road. Last we look at this building on the train.
10m45s_4.Inside the entrance :We approach the front door at ground level. We go in vestibule for airlock, look round and see the mailboxes. We go to the robby, once go to assembly room and return the robby. And look round.

We look at shared corridor from the window of the eastern end's dwelling unit. The door is opened, camera get inside. The camera go through the low ceiling, climb the stairs. Looking up, the light lead in the atrium can be seen, the camera climb while looking at it.

Once up the stairs, living room can be seen, but the camera go to the kitchen first. The camera see dining and living room from the kitchen.
0m43s To the living room from the dining
In the video, the camera jump over the range of kitchen, so go to dining and go to living.

Camera goes to the back of the living and look at dining and kitchen. And while moving the camera view out the window over the living.

First, the height limitation and the space is removed. The animation is began. Camera is seeing the appearance along the road south. The camera is led to the front of the building from the west direction, slowly while looking at the southeast corner of the apartment,and again went under the guardrail at the end stop at a distant view from the east. This camera work is as same as another rendering animation’s camera work.

The height limitation is confirmed and we place the space in this scene. First, camera angle is changed to isometric. Next, the site information-photo terrain, surrounding buildings, train- is removed. Next, this building is removed. So this site outline and road is remained. We place this building there. Next we place ths space, so block plan is completed. We rotate this model.
4m13s Structure. Concept. Animation
Let's display a skeleton of this building, then check this by animation. First, the height limitation model is turned off. Pillars are placed considering the space and block plan. Then the space is turn off. Next the structure is displayed base, piles, girders, beams and floors in that order. Rolling this model to look this model's north side, staircase is displayed. And as we can see the entire, Cars and planting are displayed. Again we look this animation by first camera work. ...this model's data size is so light that this animation so fast.

Last let's check various views. We return isometric view, display whole of this building and display surroundings again. Once we expand left view display window as easy to operate. We circled around this building in the bird's eye and in the ground surface view in that order. Next we closer to the entrance from the front, and enter this building. We around each room in the order entrance hall, corridor on the 2nd floor and each room on 2nd floor. As well we around each room on the 8th floor and 13th floor. Last, we return to its original setting and view, and finish this work.

Also, in fact, there can not be seen as part of this because the camera enters the apartment in the building. But at this movie the building is transparent, we can be looking at the entire west side of the apartment across the all scene.

It is a scene to animate a Perth section of the preceding scene. We can understand continuous space leading to the parking lot from the park on the north side ,and around the south side we can understand continuous space leading to the entrance hall from the parking lot. And also we can understand by this movie that basic parts are nested in order to seismically isolated structure .
I created a 3D animation based on models that are created in the design. This animation of appearance is, of course, I am creating a cross-sectional model animation from the design model using the functionality of the section view for the creation of a cross-sectional view . Cross-sectional appearance of dwelling units facing the south, Relationship between north-south building cross-section and parking lot on the north side and park、 furthermore The base of the seismically isolated structure, these can be confirmed by this animation.
